Rooms for this event can be reserved at the special rate of $129.00 per night for the weekend of September 15 -17, 2023. Reservations can be made through Wednesday, August 16th by 5pm.

Individual Call In Reservations:
- Guests can begin calling the hotel to reserve their rooms. Our number is 602-603-5800
- Please have your guests reference your event as "Ernst Event” or Group Code: ERN when calling in to make their reservations.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid debit/credit card to guarantee their reservations at the time of reserving.
Individual Reservation Cut-off Date:
- Your Individual Call In Cut-off date for reservations is scheduled for Wednesday, August 16th by 5pm. Please recommend your guests call as soon as possible considering your dates are the weekend of the Arizona Cardinals game.
- Any additions/modifications needed after your cutoff date/time would be based solely on current available inventory.
Day of Event
A room will be available during the party for those needing a quiet space for themselves and/ or children. Ask Wendy for available childcare information.
